It’s the orchestras with many distinct instruments playing in harmony that make the most beautiful music. Neuroscience agrees that this principle is true for the systems of the brain and body. Yoga is an intensely integrative practice, promoting the specialization of and connection between our brainstem and our prefrontal cortex, our sensations and our choices, resulting in a mind that is less anxious, less noisy, more coherent, more energized, and more stable. My yoga flows are created not only to promote this kind of wellness, but also to unravel stiffness and awaken the body, helping you to feel grounded, aligned, and vibrant.
